Oh no sjd, sorry to hear that.

lndomitabIe · 19/08/2015 21:12

Oh no sjd. Was your scan transvaginal today? Might it have upset your cervix? Fingers crossed it's nothing. Flowers

Dobby I saw those pillows in Lidl today. Do let us know if they're worth it.

QforCucumber · 19/08/2015 21:13

Oh sjd this being in limbo must be so awful for you, I really hope you gave someone there in real life to vent to aLongside here. Fingers and toes are all crossed for you Cake

sjd114 · 19/08/2015 21:21

I had a transvaginal scan today, maybe? Who knows? What do you think about this scan photo? I'm so confused. This hurts more than being told it's all over :(

maybebabybee · 19/08/2015 22:07

SJD it could certainly be an irritated cervix. Very sorry you're going through this limbo though. Did they give you any blood tests to check your hormone levels?

sjd114 · 19/08/2015 22:13

They gave me blood tests on the Monday, and said that my levels were still high today. . So they internally scanned me.. and that was the outcome. :(

Rosieblossom123 · 20/08/2015 09:17

This must be so frustrating Sjd what's the next step now, do you need to go for another scan?

Poppins27 · 20/08/2015 10:43

Aw Sjd, really feel for you right now, your head must be absolutely spinning!! Has the pinky ness calmed down at all?!

I've woken this morning and have a really tender left boob!! More than the normal soreness, it's almost throbbing permanently from the inside. Feels similar to a milder version of when I was bf my Daughter. Only 11 weeks, has anyone else experienced this?! Right side feels completely normal?!

sjd114 · 20/08/2015 11:31

Rosie I have another scan NEXT Friday! Shock

Poppins the pink has stopped now.. This. Morning it stopped. :(

JanineMelnitzGlasses · 20/08/2015 11:40

sjd it's a horrible two week wait. Really hoping it's a positive outcome for you.

Poppins no extreme boob tenderness as such but they've grown bigger than they were in my first pregnancy. I have no boobs at all normally so I'm loving this!

I'm not loving the crazy-pregnant-lady hormones which have kicked in. Took DS to see in the night garden today, and started crying at the theme tune. Did the same at the end too. I don't even find it sad. Blush

TriJo · 20/08/2015 11:46

I'm now down to exactly one bra that fits me, we're rapidly approaching a third cup size up. Think I need to go shopping after work tomorrow...

Rosieblossom123 · 20/08/2015 12:10

sjd Oh really well I hope it goes quick for you hun, fingers crossed it'll be good news Flowers

Tri I bought one on Saturday from Mothercare £9 down from £30! soooo comfy haha They've got a good sale on at the moment :)

TriJo · 20/08/2015 12:19

Just had a quick look online - nothing at all in my size :(

maybebabybee · 20/08/2015 12:50

tri can never find anything in my size maternity-bra related...am a 34G usually. Pretty sure I'm now a 36GG....

Paperblank · 20/08/2015 13:02

Hello all,

SJD sending you another hug - you must be feeling so overwhelmed Flowers

Our wedding is creeping closer - just a few days to go and there is still a fair bit to do! This weekend will be spent in a haze I am sure. I feel a bit bad that I have not really been basking in a pregnant glow - but I am bit busy!!

Hope you're all well

sjd I can't imagine what you're going through. You poor love. Sending hugs and crossing finger and toes that all will be well x

maybebabybee · 20/08/2015 13:14

Flowers to you SJD.

Poppins27 · 20/08/2015 13:18

Sjd....next Friday...aw that's terrible,I originally thought you had meant tomorrow. Hopefully if it's stopped it may just have been due to the scan?! Really really feel for you.

Paper blank...good luck with the wedding malarky, I imagine it's been quite nice being occupied by something other than the 12 week countdown. I hope all goes brilliantly!!

Yeah my boobs have definitely increased in size, but it's this 'tugging' type throb that's driving me insane today!! So uncomfortable!!

lilmissiehopeful · 20/08/2015 13:45

Wow paper your wedding has come round fast! How exciting :-) Hope final prep goes well.

I am also in a bit of a grump about wardrobe issues. Really feeling the need to buy some new maternity clothes esp dresses for work as there are basically only two outfits left that still fit and I'm rotating them. Must look suspicious! Don't really want to tempt fate by ordering stuff before 12 week scan on Tues, but when I look online (mainly asos, h&m and new look) all the stuff I really like seems to be selling out in my size...12/14. Be sorted if I were size 8 or size 18 but not! And I'm having a disproportionally silly hormonal reaction every time I get a 'sorry this item is sold out' thing appear. Gggggrrrrrr!

Me624 · 20/08/2015 13:51

I'm another that only has one bra left that fits. I'm not buying anything until I know everything's ok at my scan. But it's tomorrow, hooray, so hopefully I'll be bra shopping at the weekend!

Rosieblossom123 · 20/08/2015 13:56

Tri I looked online too and there was nothing, it was only the I went in there so we could buy my stepson some school shoes! There was loads on the sale rail, lots of bargains.

Me I wasn't going to buy anything but my bras were too small and were getting really uncomfortable at work all day and I'm sure someone spotted me sorting my bra out every two seconds at work Blush hahaha

TheNewMrsD · 20/08/2015 14:31

Hi Everyone, Is it ok if I join?

Had my booking in app on Tues at 10+1, waiting for my scan date now, it can't come quick enough.

Current EDD 14th March, but I know I ovulate a bit later than the norm and suspect it may have been even later the month of conception due to wedding stresses (not that I felt stressed but our bodies are weird things). I was tracking my temperature but was getting lazy about doing it so there are a couple of potential ovulation dates.

Did feel reasonably ok up until last weekend, but as I was on my honeymoon I suspect I was taking things easier than I normally do, lots of lie ins! Now i'm back to reality i'm exhausted but am still unsure if that is pregnancy or jet lag, nausea, have been sick twice this week, am wearing my sports bra to strap down my growing and tender boobs and am constantly hungry. Have also been bunged up this week with a sore throat so proof my immune system is lower. Have put on 6lb since my wedding 4 weeks ago but I am blaming the honeymoon! No chance of me getting rid of that now with my constant hunger and no food aversions!

marmitemofo · 20/08/2015 15:33

hi mrsD welcome to the March 2016 thread! Grin

lilmiss I am having the same wardrobe issues. nothing fits me. I basically have one pair of stretchy jeans that are my fatty jeans which I've been wearing to death along with a few tops that are size 14 (I'm usually a size 12). Basically running out of clothes now. I've tried on my maternity stuff but it's all too big, so I'm stuck in some weird half way place where everything looks awful on me. I also have major bloat going on which doesn't help, and feeling sick all the time makes me feel gross so imagining I also look gross and awful.

sickness has been very different this week - much more on/off but much more intense when it's around. Seems to also get worse in the afternoon. I've achieved nothing at work today and very tempted to just finish early and give up because I feel so nauseous Sad

Rosieblossom123 · 20/08/2015 15:41

marmite same here I have literally achieved nothing at work today its frustrating, every time I try and do something I feel nauseous :( So exhausting, I could definitely go home right now wear my pjs and sleep!! hahaha

lilmissiehopeful · 20/08/2015 16:35

marmite and rosie totally with you on achieving nothing today. I don't work Thursdays but have had to stay in waiting for people calling over to quote for work in our garden. I'm wiped out just lying on the couch. DD has spent most of the day watching CBeebies. Feel v guilty. Esp as one of the garden people just cancelled so technically I do have time to take DD to the park before her dinner. Feel so grim though :-(

Also can't wait to be past this 'nothing fits, just feel chubby don't look pregnant yet' stage. Ditto living in one pair of v comfy stretchy jeans and baggy tops
