Have been having contractions for a couple of hours so am watching the election coverage bouncing on my ball. I hope this is it!

Sorry missed lots of replies while typing that epic. Congrats again blondie - Edward is a lovely name and you already know I am in awe of your experience! Was that 5hrs all clased as second stage then? Or are you including time from when the pains started at home?

I've commented on fb already but congratulations again on the new arrivals. good to read your story too just I'm still to write up my birth story but it's my plan to finally do it today...it all happened in 4 and a half hours for me so won't be much to write it happened so fast! George currently snoozing after guzzling his milk!

Ginger I know what you mean about people asking if any news etc gets annoying after a while but I know they are just excited so am not getting mad with them just texting the same msg back hehe

39+2 now, a full week further than I went with DD. Really thought baby would be here by now! Have been taking it v easy last few days as DD's godmother, our first choice for childcare, was away. But she's back now so today will be spent generally overdoing it in the hopes that it gets something moving!! It's DD's birthday on Monday, so half expecting her present to be a new baby at this rate...

So many babies are coming fast now!!! I'm scared I'm going to be sat twiddling my thumbs in this tread all alone haha!!

Sleep is pretty non existent now, turning over in bed just makes my stomach go rock solid and crampy! Oh to sleep on my belly again haha!

Lovely birth story, Just!

No worries about being alone on here. My twinges have died down. 39+6 today and I've gone beyond my due date both other times so definitely still on here for a while!

Leanne I used to say this time that baby would be here before may but then I used to back track and go watch me go over after all of this lol just incase I did go over. But I thought deep down id give birth at the very end of april x

mum ha, i just have a feeling i was gonna be early, well i still am only 37+5 so even if i give birth in a week that is technically early :P

Exactly lol. I always referred to ds3 2 week early. Its still early in terms of your edd.x

Had midwife this morning who is convinced I will have this baby within the next week or so! God I hope she's right as otherwise my induction is booked in for 5/6 and my dd's bday is 6/6 so I'm praying this one won't go that overdue!!
