Hello there!! First timer! Anyone else due mid Sept?
Just nice to feel on the same track as others and discuss the journey!

Yup! 19 weeks 5 days with my first too. Just starting to feel him/her kick lightly, especially if I lay on my tummy for a bit, not for long as my husband is convinced the kicks are the baby saying "stop squishing me!!"

Have you had your anomaly scan/ 20 week scan? Mine is soon and I'm wondering what to expect!

I am exactly the same! Well pretty much as due 12th sept...

My anomaly scan is on Tuesday as I will be 20+3 so I'm getting very excited and fingers crossed for healthy baby scan!
I feel some random light movements but nothing overly distinctive at this current moment ... But definitely somebody having a shuffle in there :) it's so exciting isn't it! Can't believe really had way there... Time is flying by!

On the tummy haven't tried that!!! Sometimes I feel something when I'm sat quietly or when I start speaking or playing music... So cute :)

Mines on Tuesday too! This is getting a bit weird! Lol.

Yeah for me it like a light thud (if that makes sense!) Aw, it's lovely to think of them in there just listening to us and sharing our day.

Fingers crossed for both our babies, I have a feeling the next few months will fly in! Have you managed to figure out the newborn essentials yet? I've stockpiled nappies on offer but it's a guess if we'll need 100 size 2's or 400! Think my inner control freak is taking over on the shopping side of things!

Yes I am feeling the same!!! It's like a little thud! That's the word for it definitely .. I wish it lasted longer bit I suppose that will come soon enough :) as you said, it's so nice having our little one snuggled safely sharing our day :)

Well I have several body vests and a couple of baby gro's so I may need a few more.. I bought 12 Muslins for a bargain price in mothercare so jobs a goodun there ... Bottle and steriliser kit ... And travel system on order :) we have the nursery furniture but it's not made up yet ( the spare room needs clearing out) because it was on a really good sale so we took advantage of that at the time ... how about you guys?

I'm just sat with DH eating ice lolly hoping it will nudge baby into action !!!

Omg and nappies I don't have hold of yet!!! What size have you got in? Ooooh I need a bath towel and bath bits too...

Nappies, Ive got some size 2 (6 - 13lbs) but more size 3 as im guessing 9 - 20lbs will be a more useful size? I could be totally wrong! My sister tried to tell me the weight guide was the weight of the babies poo.... after bursting out laughing we had a very weird conversation in the middle of costco about how exactly that would work!

Only big things left to buy are the travel system and car seat, trying to hold off for the mothercare parent events when you get a voucher for 10% off.

Your ice lolly suggestion put me in the mood for a magnum, tasted great but didn't budge the baby! Apparently their little feet are about the size of our fingernail! Too cute!
