Pre-assessment for c section

Hello everyone,

I have a quick question. I am due to have a c-section next week and wondered what happens at the pre-assessment I have this evening.

A lot of it will be about giving you information about what to expect etc.

Usual ante natal checks - BP, pulse, temp etc plus urine and blood tests possibly. Info on what happens on day, and they'll give you ranitidine to take night before and on day to settle stomach. That's what happened at mine anyway!
