Morning ladies Brew and sympathy to all those up in the night.

Thinking of you GT Hope induction is straight forward for you and am sure your more prepared than you feel you are. Hoping you have a lovely baby to cuddle by the end of the day xx

Hope all is ok jelly and that baby hasnt arrived and DH is feeling better today.

tucking sorry you sound like youve had a crappy time of it recently. Really hope you feel better soon in time for this baby to be born, definitely dont need to feel rubbish and have a DS acting up with new baby. x

nat would definitely call GP this morning just to get checked over with arms and BP. Hope your feeling better this morning though.

SC here 38+4.
Lots of BH and am unbelievabky hungry.. is that a sign?? Grin may just be being overly hopeful.

Happy due date funnky!!

pinkbuttons · 25/09/2013 07:45

Sorry cross post jelly glad baby SC. hope you managed to get some sleep with all those BH x

MrsHoratioNelson · 25/09/2013 07:58

SC at 38+6 although, given that Hayle has jumped the queue Hmm I think it out to be at least SFW. Suddenly very "over" pregnancy...

Shootingstarsandcomets · 25/09/2013 08:17

Sc at 36+4 but worrying with all the births that I'll be the only one left soon! Loving all the Facebook photos of everyone's newborns.
Good luck today gt

Slippysnow · 25/09/2013 08:33

neen I think your post got missed, hope you are doing ok. Please come and let us know how things are!

gt not the best start but Fingers crossed things will go smoothly from now on.

jelly glad it was just bh. Make sure mr jelly has lots of vitamin c and doses up on paracetamol just incase, it would be my worst nightmare.

untitled that sounded like a very hectic day for you, and I also really don't like ruby she's such a moaner!

As for me... I have been having a burning pain under my boobs/ high in my ribs. I have a feeling it's related to the uterus. Anyone sharing my pain or know what it could be? Next app is on the 1st so may ask mw then.

Slippysnow · 25/09/2013 08:36

Also, I keep wondering how baby Josie and pink lady are getting on, is she on Facebook. If you're out there sending you my love and hope all is well :-)

PseudoBadger · 25/09/2013 08:41

Slippy - is it on both sides or more to one side?

roofio87 · 25/09/2013 08:54

gt hope it all goes well for you. Don't worry about not being prepared, getting baby out safely is no 1.
nat hows bp today?
tucking sorry you're having a rough time, post whenever you like, I love hearing from anyone!!
sc @ 38+5. woke in the night with a really bad pain in tummy area, was hopeful it was all starting, but alas think it was just trapped wind!! Smile either that or one contraction in 12 hours and I'm having the slowest labour ever!!Hmm

Slippysnow · 25/09/2013 08:58

pseudo it's slightly more to the right side

PseudoBadger · 25/09/2013 09:02

Could I suggest that you give your MW a ring today Slippy, just to rule out epigastric pain that can be a sign of preeclampsia?

Wickedgirl · 25/09/2013 09:04

Good luck with appointments etc today

Jelly, I hope your dh gets better soon. Last week my dd and dh both had upset tummies which wasn't very nice. This week my youngest has croup and the middle one also now feels sick. Aargghhhh. I just want everyone in my house healthy so that I can have the baby and bring it home to a bug free environment.

SC @38 weeks today

Slippysnow · 25/09/2013 09:12

Thanks for the advice pseudo I will do, I've had it for a while. Had no protein in urine but still better to be safe that sorry

cuillereasoupe · 25/09/2013 09:30

good luck gt

I wouldn't worry shootingstars I've got the feeling I'm in for the long haul too - due at the tail end of October with a family history of going waaay overdue. I expect the last of us will still be going in mid-November Confused

TheFalconsmistress · 25/09/2013 09:33

Good luck gt xxx

Roofio, that award has to go to me lol started contracting at 37 Weeks had her at 38 +5 Grin

Need a breast pump hand expressed for a hour for half an ounce Shock I know why she struggled yesterday as her jaundice is a bit worse and has her constipated and sleeping a lot going to express till it passes

Flyer747 · 25/09/2013 09:33

Shooting I have a feeling I'm in this for the long haul too, we can be rebels and sit on the back seat of the October bus together! Due on the 13th but pretty sure my actual dd is the 19th/20th, and my mums pregnancies arrived just on time no earlier.

Sparkeleigh · 25/09/2013 09:46

Congratulations textbook! That's a beautiful name!

tucking wow, you've had a rough time of it, I hope you feel better soon Flowers If you'd managed to post during all of that you'd be wonderwoman!

GT Oh, best of luck!! Just think of the surprise your DS will get when he sees the new baby, he'll be over the moon!

Oh no MrsH I've been so looking forward to my bump dropping so the reflux eases up! Smitten I'm currently using 6 pillows and it really seems to help as I'm sleeping at about a 45 degree angle and I don't get the reflux in my throat then. Also taking galviscon before bed seems to help too, even if I'm fine at that point.

MrsO urgh, your boss sounds like a nightmare. If mine does that, I won't be responsible for my actions!

Sorry if I've missed anyone. I also have the attention span of a potato today...

cuillereasoupe · 25/09/2013 09:57

You, me, shootingstars, and monkeytree can flick spitballs at people at the front of the bus flyer Grin

Umlauf · 25/09/2013 09:58

Wow gtbaby just seen you're IP good luck! I can't wait to hear your news! The 30th September club will have lost a member though!!

sparkleigh I'm 39+2 and my bump ^stilll^ hasn't dropped, and it's my first! Hence my feeling I will be going to 42 weeks!

favellio happy anniversary!!

hayle thanks for calming me down last night! How is little Isaac doing? Is Amelia v chuffed with him?!

I'm knackered as spent a couple of hours in hospital yesterday, I was terrified going as I was convinced they would laugh at me and send me home (I hadn't felt movements for about 12 hours and had a really hard bump and pains - still do) but they were great and I was monitored and everything is fine with him, although he still isn't moving much his heart is absolutely fine. I have MW tomorrow afternoon so can mention it then too.

I think the hardness and pains are actually trapped wind!!!

Flyer747 · 25/09/2013 10:09

Glad to hear all ok with baby umlauf. These babies do cause us worry sometimes.

Off to watch homes under the hammer.

I used to always be intimidated of back seat bus people at school Cuille, they were the cool popular people (who now aren't cool) Grin

I hope you are enjoying Jeremy Kyle Clapham Smile

BowlFullofJelly · 25/09/2013 10:10

Mornming all - hope things are going well gt, and glad baby jelly has stayed put. 39+2 today, sc, and parents arrive for the 'weekend' later Angry. Was so miserable last night, cant be arsed with visitors, want the baby here, we cant decide on a name, just generally pissed. DP gentley asked whether i was going to be moody until the baby arrives now - er yes, probably Smile

Shootingstarsandcomets · 25/09/2013 10:18

Ok well that's good at least there are a few of us in for the long haul!! I have a feeling I'll go over too, don't know why I just feel like I will.
Catching up with the midwives on tv. Cried at first baby being born, clearly very hormonal and emotional! I really cannot wait to meet my little newborn.

tuckingfits · 25/09/2013 10:22

bowlfull - only until the baby comes? He's got a surprise coming to him!

jelly I must have missed your message about contractions & husbandly illness. Sorry, but glad it all tailed off & hope DH feels better soon. Mine keeps doing competitive tiredness & also sniffing exaggeratedly - to be taken as an indication that he doesn't feel well either, but with no acknowledgement that he can actually take medication that might help him to feel better. If he doesn't stop he might end up under the patio. git

umlauf I didn't see your post about concerns over baby B either. Glad all is ok,it is scary when they just go into hibernation mode.

DS at playgroup, has just started going one morning a week again after a failed attempt in February,I'mgoing to have a long shower,a chat with this baby to persuade her 25th Sept is a grand day for a birthday. I had decided weeks ago that 23rd would be ideal but apparently she didn't get the memo... Isaac got it instead Envy

cuillereasoupe · 25/09/2013 10:23

Ha ha, I was a terminally uncool goody-goody at school, it's taken me decades to embrace my inner rebel!

Sephy · 25/09/2013 10:27

How exciting how fast things are moving!

Sending good wishes to GT, slippy and tucking, and anyone else I've missed who is in the middle of things or under the weather.

I'm spending day 3 of maternity leave buying way too much stuff, a few Christmas presents to get a bit if a head start before baby takes up all my time, a few baby clothes and some suitable for beast feeding clothes for me. And some new boots that have no baby relevance at all.

BowlFullofJelly · 25/09/2013 10:34

Haha tucking, i think he has blocked out what sleep deprivation did to my mood after DS!
