Did you have a baby in June/July 2009? Were you on those threads from October 2008 until the moment of baby arrival? Or did you miss it but still suddenly have a 4 year old in your house?

Today was Adam's 4th birthday and it reminded me of the great threads we used to have when we were all expecting our little bundles!

Anyone out there?

Hi all Smile
Thanks for starting the thread Tee, great idea and happy birthday to A.

I can not believe they are turning 4 now, these years have really flown by. I's birthday is thurs and she also has her first settling in session at school then too. She is so so excited!!
I am quite sad about her growing up actually! She is my youngest baby and the time has flown by!

What have your dc asked for for their birthdays? dd2 has asked for 'big girl things' we weren't quite sure what this meant but have decided to get her things for her bedroom. Desk, bookcase, pictures, bean bag! Just to change it from being the 'nursery' and into her own space (we never really did get round to it!) Hope that's the kind of thing she was hoping for Wink

Tee thanks so much for starting the thread, nice to see lots of us here.

Happy 4th birthday to our little Juners.
A is still transport obsessed, so he got some Brio, and transport themed puzzles.

We had our school meeting this week. A class of 30 , two thirds boys and a sweet second year out teacher. He is very very excited.

Hello! And happy birthday to all 'baby' Juners, though they're not babies anymore!

M's birthday was yesterday and she had a lovely day. She'd asked for a Mack (from Cars, the one that holds all the cars inside) ages ago, before Christmas, so she was delighted when she got it yesterday. She also got a Doc McStuffins bag with doctor stuff inside and 3 books. The lovely lady that cleans our house got her a Hetty Grin M always liked hers and wanted them both to 'hoover' together ha!

We had a meal together at F and she loved it, especially when a big cake turned up topped with M&Ms and jelly beans Grin
