Nope mine have definitely disappeared, only pain I've got now is the stabs I get in my fanjo from baby head bashing!

Mine are still there, a mix of on\off pressure/period pain and backache. Have had a warm bath, a couple of paracetamol and now retiring to watch tv in bed. Hope this is the start of it all!will keep you all updated. X

Well. What an uneventful night! Fell asleep around 11pm, woke up a few times with cramps, shifted position and went back to sleep. Now have just woken up to nothing except a very slight backache but I have a feeling that's more to do with how I slept. Bugger it!!!

I've decided that I'm going to have a total "me" day today. I'm going to get some jeans and a new top for after baby arrives, have a nice coffee and a bit of cake somewhere, then come home, make some cakes for the weekend, have a long hot bath, DH and I are out for dinner then an early night before the madness starts tomorrow. It's so weird to think that this time tomorrow, I will be on my way into hospital to have my baby.

Awww Mildred at least you know that you won't be pregnant for more than a day now :-D. I could still have another 2 week's :-(

Thanks girls. Contractions have started again but they will probably stop again in a few hours! This baby is such a tease!

Quick update - contractions coming regularly, every 5-6mins now. Going to give the ward a call at 3pm if nothing's changed. They're lasting around a minute but I had a whopper that lasted nearly 4mins and poor DH didn't know what to do lol! I literally couldn't move for 4 minutes.

Good luck Mildred. Hope your little one is here soon.

Sweep went ok. Am 2cms dilated but cervix still fairly thick so don't think anything will happen anytime soon.

Lets hope we don't go 2 weeks over Joanna. 8 days was more than enough for me last time!!

How far are u again cheggers? I've hit the 40 week mark Today! Mw appointment at 11 so might beg her to just pull this lo out!

looks like Mildreds had some progression doesn't it.... I hadn't thought about it really but my baby was meant to be May now it looks like a June baby.

Well just got back from mw, 10 days ago she was 2/5 engaged and now she's 3/5 again! This baby is too comfy, booked in for a sweep on Wednesday, my hospital (York) only lets u go 12 days over, so will be given a date for induction if I've not popped by Wednesday :-(

I've just seen my consultant aswell apparently I'm 3cm dilated and waters could go at any point but I'm booked for induction weds 5th our baby's could be born same
day

I should be so lucky, mines bloody disengaged! She's goin the wrong way feel like crying. I'm worried about the sweep aswell, noones ever seen my foofooo! Not even my fella, apart from in the dark! Do they like stare at you while they're doin it?
