Arti - re less movement. Obviously it's not definitely a problem, but I saw my midwife yestersay and we talked about what happens if you go overtime here. They induce at 42+0, not looking forward to waiting that long if needs be! But she said that generally it's better to wait, and if you're worried that the baby might not be ok that long, one of the signs to look out for was decreased movement, in what had been an otherwise active baby. So if you've had a real decrease in movement and haven't seen anyone for a while, it might be an idea to ring your MW or antenatal centre and ask for them to have a quick check.
My LO has not stopped moving, just seems like the movements are getting more powerful. Not really enjoying the feet coming out my side, or the butt trying to push up out the bottom of my rib cage. ;S I have tried to explain that out here, outside, there's loads more space to stretch, and the exit is downwards, but so far, no success...
We had a cleaner come in yesterday, and it is wonderful to have a clean house! No to try and keep it somewhat tidy and clean until LO shows up.
Another tip for those still packing bags for hospital - one or two changes of clothes for your birthing partner as well! There's lots of icky stuff involved in giving birth, starting with sweat and probably ending with meconium, and by the time DS arrived and was all dressed, DH needed a change! :O
39+6. And waiting...
