We will be covering core strengthening exercises, pelvic floor exercises, breathing & posture awareness, relaxation techniques, as well as strengthening and stretching pregnancy related muscles. How to safely get up to a standing position from a lying position without putting strain on the rectus abdominis.
An explanation of the effects of hormones & changes happening within the body.
A leaflet will be supplied to help carry on with the exercises at home.
We will send an ongoing weekly motivational email with tips, occasional healthy recipes & exercise ideas.
After class there will be question time & refreshments - perfect time to make new friends!
The course will be a 45 minute class, once a week, for 3 weeks.
Ladies can join from 13 weeks pregnant until the end of their pregnancy and must have informed their doctor or midwife of their joining the class.
Other Information
The classes will be held on Mondays starting 13th May at 1.30pm and will be term time only & cost ÂŁ4.50 for the entire course.
I also do Buggy Bootcamp at ÂŁ5 a class and One to one exercise sessions starting from ÂŁ5 a 30 minute session.
