Oh Nicola I want your bump Envy

MrsBri · 09/11/2012 22:17

I don't know what the top 10 names are, but my boy's name is Samuel Joshua and girl's name Sophia Alice. I'll Google top ten names now.

MrsBri · 09/11/2012 22:19

Why do you want my bump?! :-) You have a bump, don't you?

I'm lucky I lost 2 stone last year and couldn't afford to replace my clothes...plenty of growing room. Though not wearing a belt on my jeans now!

peardrop2 · 09/11/2012 22:22

Ooooohh I forgot to say that MIL emailed DH to say that she was happy to hear scan went well. She then went onto say that I should be careful when getting out of our bath because FIL had problems getting out of our bath and then she went onto say she found it difficult to walk down our stairs so DH should keep that in mind Hmm

peardrop2 · 09/11/2012 22:24

Nicola check bounty! Joshua is in the top 10 and I think Sophia is. What lovely names you have in mind! I did have a bump but the the baby moved into my uterus this week and it's gone...I don't really understand as I thought baby in the uterus would make it pop out more Confused

MrsBri · 09/11/2012 22:26

Hmmm...turns out my names are SUPER common!!

peardrop2 · 09/11/2012 22:26

I may pop into Hennes tomorrow morning and get something cheap to combat my maternity desire Grin My full apologies for being so chatty this evening! I had a sneaky nap late this afternoon and it has buzzed me up plus the shed load of chocolate I've eaten today

MrsBri · 09/11/2012 22:27

My bump is quite high. For now!

And that's nice of MIL, thinking of you like that. :-)

peardrop2 · 09/11/2012 22:27

Nicola I wouldn't have guessed that though!

MrsBri · 09/11/2012 22:28

I can't wait to get to your stage, Peardrop, and buy maternity clothes!! :-)

peardrop2 · 09/11/2012 22:28

Seriously? I thought it was weird that she started pointing out whats wrong with our house Hmm maybe I'm being hormonal & defensive again lol

peardrop2 · 09/11/2012 22:29

I feel like taking a photo to show you how petty my bump is Sad

peardrop2 · 09/11/2012 22:30

OMG it is 10:30 and I'm not tired at all. OK no more late afternoon naps for me!!

MrsBri · 09/11/2012 22:30

What, common names?! :-) I've had my boy's name for 15 years, so about time I got to use it. About 15 weeks for my girl's, ha ha!

MrsBri · 09/11/2012 22:32

Noooo...not bump envy!!

She was being nice in a backhanded way, I think! :-)

My nap has perked me up a bit too. Ho hum!

peardrop2 · 09/11/2012 22:33

I wonder if we will get sick of our preferred names in the next 6 months Grin

bringonthetrumpets · 09/11/2012 22:35

Jealous of your naps! Been on the go all day and feeling like I'm going to completely crash (it's only 4:30 here!). Still have to make dinner and am feeling nauseous..... poo this sucks.

MrsBri · 09/11/2012 22:37

Not sure...but maybe the babies won't suit our names?!

Poor trumpets. I empathise with the nausea. It's been awful today. As has the horrendous taste in my mouth :-(

MrsBri · 09/11/2012 22:38

Oh...I'll give you my itchy nipples, Pear. Driving me bonkers. Apparently my boobs are bigger today, according to DH!

peardrop2 · 09/11/2012 22:40

Samuel is not common! It's no28! How do you know if a baby does not suit a name :-) Hah hah I don't want your itchy nipples!!

peardrop2 · 09/11/2012 22:42

Sophia is no 13 but that still is OK. My boys name is no1...grrrrrrrrrr it better drop in the next 6 months!!

Thundernonk · 09/11/2012 22:44

God my bloke has no idea when my body changes. Not the most observant....

You not buying any yet then pear? They're all very pretty but I particularly love the middle one.

I'd react the same as you about MIL comments. Sure she meant well though?!

Bad luck trumpets, hope you get a lovely relaxed evening once you get through the next few hours.

By looking at them? If I have a mahoosive baby girl she may not be delicate enough for Sophia. :-) Alice is 41, so not that common, I suppose.

I'm amazed you don't get them, the amount your boobs have grown!!

peardrop2 · 09/11/2012 22:50

Thun yeah I like the middle one too. £55 is quite steep though for what it is. It is not even silk. I'll have to wait until bump grows a little more otherwise it really could be money down the drain.

MrsB I know a very large Sophie baby and she does actually suit it. I think they grown into their name somehow. Alice is a lovely name too. My jugs have settled down now, as in not so painful. I've got away with a lot haven't I Blush It's karma for having that shitty night in hospital at 3/4 weeks!

MrsBri · 09/11/2012 22:58

Yeah...you did start with trauma, so it is only fair you got an easy ride. :-)

I knew I'd be sicky...typical for me really!

I liked the blue top. They've some lovely maxi dresses too. Auto correct changed that to Nazi dresses. Oops.
