Since we're all sharing cup sizes I started this journey as 32C and I reckon I must be 32D by now! The only bra I can now wear is my wedding strapless bra but with straps as that was slightly big for me on the day anyway. Nice to get lots of use out of the expensive ridiculously expensive bra anyway!

Kitty ahh I see...how bizarre!

Frus thanks for the books and cream tip!

bringon that sounds like a nice make. I might ask for some of those sanctuary maternity products for Xmas as they're not too pricey!

Night night ladies!

peardrop2 · 23/10/2012 21:17

book = boobs

bringonthetrumpets · 23/10/2012 21:31

I have boobie stretch marks as well. With DS1 I went from a 34B to a 34DD-which was completely shocking! They completely shrunk down to an A after DS2 was done breastfeeding....very pleased to actually have boobs again. :)

Lorelei353 · 23/10/2012 21:54

I'm a 32e to start with! Hope they don't get too big. They feel swollen now but I'm still fitting into my normal bras (for now)

peardrop2 · 24/10/2012 03:13

OMG I'm awake again at 3am!!!!!! How on earth am I going to keep up a full time job with this sleeping pattern! I've got to get up at 6am...this is not fun :-(

FrustratedSycamoreBonks · 24/10/2012 06:24

Morning.

pear I hope you got back to sleep again.

I seem to be starting this day the same as yesterday's ended: knackered.

MrsBri · 24/10/2012 06:34

Poor Pear :-(

I slept badly after about the same time, but wasn't awake for the wholw time, just on and off.

Back at work today :-(

peardrop2 · 24/10/2012 09:16

Managed to get back to sleep at 5am for an hour. Could be worse I suppose. Good luck getting through the day tired ladies ;-)

FrustratedSycamoreBonks · 24/10/2012 10:59

Ow ow ow I've got a headache Sad

merrygiant · 24/10/2012 12:16

This sleep thing is really annoying! I was up at 4am, getting really frustrated with myself. Luckily I didn't have to get up for work this morning.

And I've been having mega-vivid dreams too, some are so WEIRD! I think its a combination of cutting out the alcohol and quitting smoking, plus the over-active imagination that comes with prospective parenthood.

My boobs are pretty much the same size as before (too small for my liking!). In my last (failed) pregnancy, they got massive really quickly, so I'm taking this as a good sign that this time things are different. Tender nips though, ouch!

Lorelei353 · 24/10/2012 12:43

Ooh, Halloween smileys!

[hgrin]

fashionvictim · 24/10/2012 12:43

Hi Ladies! Big old snooze fest here too, I couldn't sleep at all, think I nodded off about 4am and I had to be up at 7 Sad

I'm a 34D/32DD and I have definitely gone up, going to wait to get them measured though. A friend of mine went from a B to an F!!

Oooh, Halloween smileys [hgrin]

Ha ha! Just realised Lor and I posted the same thing, at the same time! [hwink]

bringonthetrumpets · 24/10/2012 15:20

So... the midwife in me is coming out again (sorry, it's just a way of life these days, I can't help it [hgrin]).... the waking up at 3 or 4 is your body's way of teling you that you have low blood sugar, even if you don't actually feel hungry. Try having a snack right before bed, and then having something next to your bed that you can just have a few bites of can really help. I am totally in the waking at 3 am boat and having a few bites of a cereal and fruit bar knocks me out again. Plus then I feel a little better and a little less nauseous in the morning since my blood sugars aren't so low.

MrsBri · 24/10/2012 16:11

That's interesting to know.

I have kind of a dead knee that keeps me awake. I cannot get my legs comfy. Is this the calcium and magnesium (?) thing you mentioned?

And my headaches. Are they low blood sugar?

Crampy today. Internal bubbles and feel like someone is sitting on my bladder.

Weird being back at work the first time since finding out.

Oh...and burping for England!

Lorelei353 · 24/10/2012 16:15

trumpets it's so handy having you around!

I'm waking at about 3am dying to pee every night but while I'm up I'll have a ginger nut biscuit and a small glass of milk. Stops me feeling sick getting back into bed. I'd read in one of the books about the low blood sugar thing at night and how a midnight snack helps.

Not much is helping the morning-time need to eat though. Just can't function until I've had some cereal. Even got up relatively early at the weekend because I needed to eat (cream cracker in bed just didn't work).

FrustratedSycamoreBonks · 24/10/2012 16:57

How was your 1st day back mrs?

I have had a headache all day, drinking lots of water, and eating, and nothing is helping it. I may well have another early night. Is it too early to put the kids to bed so I can go to sleep too?

MrsBri · 24/10/2012 17:36

Chaos first day back, as always...all the shit stored up for me :-/

My headache has been almost permanent today, but I'm a bugger for headaches anyway, so not a surprise I have them almost daily now.

Not really any sickness yet, thank god, and not hugely tired (or no more than usual, but I'm always knackered by now!).

Will have to see about bed snacks. Not sure I'm quite at that stage. :-)

I think it is amazing how symptoms vary person to person though!

I'm not sure how long I can hide pregnancy though as I've changed when I eat my fruit during the day and am drinking fruit tea instead of normal. Give away signs!

ella0 · 24/10/2012 17:37

Thanks bringon, I've been waking up really early too, so hopefully that will help.

I might have twigged if I'd been feeling sick, but I haven't had any nausea so far (apart from when faced with foods I've gone off).

For years I've had to eat within 1/2 hr or so of waking up otherwise I get nausea and sometimes I'm actually sick. Therefore, I thought I would get terrible morning sickness but I'm no different to normal during pregnancy.

FrustratedSycamoreBonks · 24/10/2012 17:49

ella0 I can't eat unless I've been up for at least 2 hours. Or I am sick. And that was pre-pregnancy. Same now unsurprisingly. Not been any sicker in the morning than any other time of day.

ella0 · 24/10/2012 18:00

Isn't is interesting how we're all so different.

FrustratedSycamoreBonks · 24/10/2012 18:05

That's what I was thinking ella we're all pregnant, but our symptoms are all different. And even those with the same symptoms are different.

MrsBri · 24/10/2012 18:06

I'm like you, Ella, hunger makes me nauseous, though not physically sick. I have to eat soon after waking too.

Hunger increasing today. Had a banana mud morning and, starving by 12. Then another banana just before 4 and ravenous now! Interesting...I'd hoped my banana plan would work better than that!
