emblosion · 07/11/2012 04:49

Welcome purple :) & congrats!

bodice really hope you're ok? I used to get awful sharp pains on my right hand side with ds, usually when I turned over in bed. It was so bad it would wake me up & make me gasp with pain. V scary, but the Dr told me was ligament pain/uterus stretching. Perhaps you just pulled something? Everything loosens up in pg.....

ginger poor you with sore ribs! I also had this but in my last trimester & caused by massively long ds sticking his feet in there (so it won't be that yet!) Hope you feel better.

I'm feeling sorry for myself as have awful vomiting/stomach bug. Threw up all my dinner & can't keep anything down. Woe is me etc. Thank goodness DH is off work tomorrow to wrangle the baby!

Tashtastic · 07/11/2012 06:29

Hope everyone is feeling better this morning. I am still bloated and overwhelmingly tired. But despite this I am routinely waking up at 5 am - hence the early morning post.

Hope everyone has a good day!

Babylonmoo · 07/11/2012 07:15

I am still exercising- I think you have to be exercising very intensely and above and beyond what you could usually manage for it to cause problems. My understanding is that for most appropriate exercise will always be a benefit.

MrsWildermac · 07/11/2012 09:17

Can I join you ladies? BFP at 11DPO...sore boobs but that's the only symptom really...I think i'm due 18th July, so 3+6 just now.

Anyone else really scared? This baby is very wanted and loved...but think i'm just overawed by the sheer 'bigness' of it all. I suppose I never really thought that this would happen for us - though I had no reason to think that it wouldn't!

Registered with doctors yesterday, so going to book an appointment today I think.

A happy and healthy nine months to us all Smile

OhGood · 07/11/2012 10:59

Hi purple! Congrats!

wifey6 · 07/11/2012 11:06

Wow MrsWilde...you found out very early like me! I was 9DPO!
Congrats Smile

OhGood · 07/11/2012 11:12

PS MrsWildermac yes! I was absolutely terrified when I got the BFP with DD. Totally overwhelming feeling. Took me weeks to come to terms with it. I am sure we can't be alone in this!

elliejjtiny · 07/11/2012 11:48

I'm still exercising. I carry my toddler in a sling on the school run.

Hope you are ok bodice, maybe it was just your ligaments stretching.

I threw up this morning Grin, never been so pleased about that! I'm finding ice lollies really help with the nausea and eating something every hour or so. I'm going to be so fat by July!

esme80 · 07/11/2012 12:16

I am also exercising still, I understand it as if you execised regularly before pregnant, you are fine to continue. But listen to your body and rest if you need.

bodice really hope you are ok! you could have just stretched something.

I am also bloated and struggling with waistbands. When pg with DS I didnt really show till around week 15, feel like I already look about 3 months! Ok I suppose my cake-addiction could have something to do with it...

MrsWildermac · 07/11/2012 15:01

Thanks for the welcome and congrats! I know...did feel it was very early to find out - do you think it means anything? CBD said Pregnant 1-2 weeks, so it's not like I ovd any earlier than I thought!

Thankfully not feeling sick yet - though probably still a bit early to be feeling that! But exhausted?! I could sleep for a week!

specialknickers · 07/11/2012 15:03

BFP this morning after a faint line yesterday and a week of a revolting taste in my mouth. I went to bed last week at 8pm one night and can't finish a glass of wine... ladies, I am upduffed. Can I join?

I already have one DS (3) but am ancient and have had two MCs in the last year so am not getting too swept away just yet although I want to dance the magic dance.

Can I join? I have no one else to tell (can't bare to un tell them again if it all goes wrong) apart from DH. We want this little baby soooooo much.

wifey6 · 07/11/2012 15:36

MrsWildermac....I thought the same..as I was using OV sticks that month so my dates etc are spot on. Hoping its a great sign for us both Smile
Welcome all new BFPs.
Feeling moody, achy & just 'off' today..not to mention exhausted. But not complaining.

CottonSock · 07/11/2012 16:07

arrrgggghhh I had bleeding this morning :( EPAU appt tomorrow morning. I feel I may be bailing out of this thread soon. Darn it darn it, so pissed off with the world today. Had to tell work college too as supposed to be doing massive drive tomorrow with a client and I just can't lie. Waiting for DH to get home.

Quinandthem · 07/11/2012 16:41

Hi CottonSock,

Hopefully your bleeding has stopped and it will all be OK.

Worrying time for you though.

How far along are you?

Thinkingof4 · 07/11/2012 18:29

Hi cotton
Hope bleeding has settled and fx for tomorrow

MysteriousNameChange · 07/11/2012 18:31

Hope you're okay CottonSock and bodice

I'm still not having loads of symptoms - am I the only one who notices them most in the evening? Even then it's normally just sore boobs/bloated/tired.

I am SO bloated it's untrue though. I could barely fit into a dress today that was too big two weeks ago. I've got a huge fake bump (baby must be size of grain of rice so can't be that), that I'm already trying to disguise with my normal wardrobe. Really don't want people asking questions too soon.

Bodice · 07/11/2012 18:44

Feeling better today, no bleeding, so maybe was just a ligament thing. Thanks everyone. I am so hypersensitive to every little thing! COnvinced it's all gonna go wrong again. need to chill out.

Cottonsock. I hope it goes OK tomorrow. Hopefully it's just a bit of implantation bleeding. Sending you positive vibes xxx

emblosion · 07/11/2012 19:22

cottonsock thinking of you, really hope everything is alright tomorrow, fx.

Bodice glad you're feeling better today :)

Welcome MrsWildermac & specialknickers congrats to you both!

I'm still poorly & trying not to fret about giving it to DS or it effecting the baby :( DH was off work today thank goodness cos I've mostly been in bed. Hope it burns itself out after 24 hours, yuk.

elliejjtiny · 07/11/2012 20:05

cottonsock good luck for tomorrow, let us know how you get on
emblosion hope you are feeling better soon
MrsWildermac and specialknickers welcome and congratulations

Shenanagins · 07/11/2012 20:53

Cottonsock i hope it all goes ok for you tomorrow. finger crossed its just spotting.

emblosion · 07/11/2012 20:58

Thanks ellie have just managed to eat some spaghetti hoops (invalid food, lol!) So hopefully tomorrow will be much better :)

Persuasion · 07/11/2012 21:33

Welcome to the new BFPs!

cottonsocks and bodice fingers crossed for you both. and emblosion hope you're better soon. Are you sure it's not morning sickness (without having to go into gory details)?!?

mysterious I'm just the same, tiredness, sore boobs, bloating and occasional tiny waves of nausea but nothing convincing most of the time. It sounds a lot when I list it like that though!

Purplemonster · 07/11/2012 21:48

Has anyone else had bad stomach cramps? I seem to have constantly had quite bad cramps and stabbing pains since before I even got my BFP, not sure if this is normal or not?

specialknickers · 07/11/2012 22:55

I have purple I think it's normal.

Good luck tomorrow cottonsock

MysteriousNameChange · 07/11/2012 23:50

Yes me too Purple. Quite bad at first. Not contracty (like I sometimes get with period), but a very strong ache if that makes sense.
