Ok caught up!
Great news on car spotty!
Interview news pidg?
Re epidural/nct chat have to say our teacher had no views on pain what so ever other than to warn us the medical staff prefer not unless nec to due to what it can take to organise, (possibly cost too?). I think it depends where you are though. I think all her 'chill out' strategies are aimed at relaxing us to reduce pain and speed up delivery if poss neatly avoiding discussing the issue of MPP! Mind you with 2 gps and a cardiologist in the grp I think she'd get short shrift if she tries, and any mention of homeopathy.... well, she's been warned!
Ladygarden - a combo of shorts tankini bottoms and at the point of not giving a shit about spider legs has resulted in lack of pruning. Had a go the other day, def tricky! Thing is I've never had a lot down till recently and maybe I'm mega sensitive but it always itches and tickles for a week driving me nuts, is that what others have and just grin n bare it? I agree I'm only doing it for after care, don't care about being a hairy minge in room 4! Maybe ill dye it purple.
Arnica tables or Arnica cream best? I remember someone having an op once and raving about it for bruising. And anyone doing the raspberry leaf thing? When to start? Which brand best?
I now feel Blueberry (though more like a blueberry triple layered Victoria sponge now) constantly, every little wiggle. Yoga was decidedly tricky, I felt a bit fussy as I'm still holding it all in but that's the problem! Picking bits off the floor has been really hard today! Inversions however were really nice, I could hang around upside down for hours (well minutes
) hope it doesn't confuse him though.
