Hi, just a quickie.
my first scan yesterday to see if I ovulated. I didn't. When I was getting dressed I mentioned clomid and she said 'oh I didn't know you had started taking it I thought I was just checking for a normal cycle'! Anyway, she then looked alarmed and told me I had three folicules. She asked me when I last had sex and when I said about an hour ago, she ran off to spk to a doc. She came back to say I was not to have sex until the end of cycle and I am to have a blood test which will confirm ovulation. she mentioned three pregnancies and said this bad, but didn't say why. Is it cos I'm over weight or 39?
She said if I come on, I am to take a lower does (cutting the pill in half) next time.
Why is she banning sex if it showed from the scan I didn't ovulate? Is she thinking I could uvulate later?
I know tripets isnt ideal, but banning sex seems a little strange when I want to be pregnant!!
I left confused after my first cycle of clomid......
