Advice re booking NCT classes

Hi, I am due on the 8th of May 2012 and wanted advice as to whether to book for april/early may class or may/early june or does it matter???

Book before your due date - it is more about preparation for the birth and then you will meet others due around the same time who you can meet with afterwards if you are still waiiting or when the babies are littlle.

I think if you phone up to book they will give you advice and try and put you on a course where you all have similar due dates - they're usually about a month before your due date.

Book asap. They will put you down for a course in your third trimester, but can get booked up a long time in advance.

i had my DS nov 10 and our class ran from early aug to early oct (8 weeks). you really do need to book asap though like poster above said. one on our group left it late to book and so had to be on our one, even though her due date was before the course finished (bit of a waste of money if you don't get to go to the whole course, and it is very much about labour, very little content is actually about how to breastfeed/problems you might encounter, or about parenting.

even if you book now they may cancel you happened to friend of mine who was disappointed
