How do you deal with a 18 month old who was napping once a day after lunch okay, and now has decided he dosen't want to anymore? Is he old enough to skip that nap and go until bedtime? HELP!!

Haven't got to this stage yet, but there is a whole topic for Sleep probs on Mumsnet if you go to the By Topic section. Might be worth re-posting this there?

My DD gave up her naps at 18 months and seems to be ok she is nearly 4 now BTW. You may need to bring bed time forward by an hour though.
