Hypnobirthing Hackney

Hello, I'm thinking about joining the local hypnobirthing classes held by Katrina Berry however wondered if anyone had attended these and had any comments (or alternative recomendations)

Hi I had a friend who went to these classes before she had her first baby. She said it made her feel less nervous about actually giving birth but when the even actually came it all went out the window!
