NCT Classes in Kingston or Sutton

Hi,

I am moving to Worcester Park in a couple of months (am 5.5 months pregnant now) and need advise on hospitals and NCT classes.

First, any opinions on Sutton or Kingston hospital. Distance wise there is not much in it.

Also, NCT classes. Sutton, Kingston or West Ewell - any opinions would be so gratefully received. Worried about meeting people in my new home when about to start maternity.

Hi

Can't help with your question, but I grew up in Worcester Park and it's LOVELY! Lucky you! :)

Hiya

I'm in Sutton and am having my baby at St Helier in about 7 weeks (eek!). I've found them to be fantastic, really nice and good support. Also, am doing NCT classes through the Sutton/Epsom branch and they are great - thoroughly recommend them.

Congrats!

Thank you so much. NCT wise the New Malden branch seems quite close and have places for November so think this will be okay.

Excited about the new area.

Don't forget that as well as the classes the branch will probably run groups where you can meet new people and you can start going to the groups while you are still pregnant.

Hi there,

I live in Sutton and had DD in St Helier's last year. It was a traumatic birth but the staff were excellent, I spent two nights there following the birth.

My second child will be born there in January too.

I didn't do NCT (left it too late to book) but I did do the NHS classes which were brilliant. I made some great friends there and we still meet up one year on.
