Antenatal classes in Chiswick

Hi! I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for antenatal classes in Chiswick. I'm due at the end of November but unfortunately the local NCT classes are booked out

Hi, I had my baby in March and went to antenatal classes where I live in Acton. All the other NCT couples were from Chiswick so I imagine it must be difficult to find classes there. I would definitely recommend the NCT teacher I went to but don't want to post her details here so please contact me if you are interested? (Not sure how this works but I tried to contact you directly but wasn't allowed!)

Hi Minimooc I've changed my email settings now if you want to try again... they seem to need a credit card and I'm feeding while typing so not near my wallet!!!

Have you tried posting the same query on the Chiswick W4 website forum?

An alternatibe option is to do the NHS classes at your local hospital and then go to or host a coffee morning through the NCT once your dc arrives.

New yoga and Pilates studio Yoga West which is on Warple Way on the Chiswick/Acton borders has a pregnancy yoga class with Lulu Winfield on Thursdays at 11am - 12.15pm. I attended her classes every week while I was pregnant and it made a really positive difference to my pregnancy and birth. Highly recommend the studio too - very friendly people and beautiful space.
