Morning sickness and 11month old

I am starting to feel very nausious. My 11month old has had her 1 sleep for the day. I really need to lay down and I can't. I have my sea bands on and I have eaten little and often but still feel sick.

I dont have anyone local to leave her with for a hour.

Any ideas?

Yup - videos while you lay on sofa and cuddle your bowl.

Lemon squash was helping me this time round.

Oh, and if you are pro homeopathy/willing to try anything in desperation - nux vomica tablets from boots (in the homeopathy section) have worked wonders for me.

Whatever you do... don't start on the Care Bears route... its a long slippery slope to insanity!

Well the playpen allowed me to put my feet up and I do feel a little rested.

The tv/video ideas only work if I strap her in her buggy as she doesnt sit still for 5 mins. But will resort to this when I feel bad again.

Off out to visit a friend for a bit now so hopefully she will enjoy playing with a friend :-) and I can have a cuppa.

Cheers

I put DS in front of the tele when I need to get things done in his high chair. He is as happy as larry for enough time for me to have shower/clean bathroom etc.
