Not that it was really much of a surprise, as I was having an elective section on Wednesday 13th January, so we all knew the baby WOULD arrive but we didn't know what we were having or anything.
Baby Tess Eli-Anne arrived fine and healthy, under a spinal (which was great for Mummy as she had been forewarned to expect a general) and weighed in at 7lbs 6oz - well she actually weighed 3330g which was exactly the same as her eldest sister when she was born.
We came home from hospital yesterday having been kept in for a couple of extra nights due to Tess' weight loss, but that has been rectified.
There is a massive post in me about my failure to bf, and how I feel about it, and generally my failure etc etc etc but thats for another day....
