DS2 ( Cameron ) was born at 7.41am yesterday.

The labour was as long as DS1 (30 + hours ), he was in OP position again, did not turn and came out in OP position but I managed to push him out with the help of an epidural at 6cm dilated.

We had the most wonderful midwife who was supportive, got me moving and dealt with my tears when I doubted that I could do it. It was very touch and go whether I would make it but she helped make it an incredibly positive experience. I felt the most amazing feeling when she put him on my chest and cried with joy. I can't praise the midwife enough - I got lucky and we mangaged to get DS2 out before her shift changed.

Thanks for all your support on mumsnet and I am proud to be a VBAC, the information and support that i have gained has been invaluable.
