Well - ds2 has finally arrived. Went into hospital on monday for induction but started contracting and was 3cm. Labour ward was busy so had to wait till 6pm to get in there - contractions were very mild though so OK. Broke my waters at 7.30pm- contractions still mild so they were thinking about a drip when at 9.30pm they started hard a fast - 5 in every 10 minutes. Sam was born at 00.25am on tuesday - a whopping 9 pounder. We had to stay in a couple of nights as there was meconium in the water and also a bit of a scare when he was born with 3 paediatricians working on him as he went white - airways blocked.
Anyway - all is well now (apart from a few hormonal sessions) and we are settling in at home nicely. Thanks for the support everyone!
