Patrick Harry arrived a day early (just) at 23.55 on Friday 29 April. Weighing 9 lb 15 oz.
Was induced on Friday to prevent problems caused with dd of being too big. Contractions started at 2pm, had epidural sited before they started and after a few bad ones had drugs added. After about 30 mins of slightly hard work (after first finishing watching Jonathan Ross) Patrick made a very easy and almost enjoyable entrance.
Wish I'd had an epidural the first time as this was a very controlled and pain free delivery. Felt well enough to come home on Saturday lunch time. Currently trying to get to grips with the feeding malarky!
dd seems to like her 'new baby rubber' her first comment was that he had dirty hair and should wear a hat.
