DS arrived in the small hours of Friday morning - his due date! But better still it was also the date of his beloved (by me) late great-grandmother's birthday (she died in the spring of last year).

I am fantastically pleased with him.

As I type he's sleeping quietly in his basket nearby.

Thank you so much - DH and all the staff at the Whittington Hospital, North London

Congratulations MrsB, hope to get a chance to meet you and your ds when you're ready to get out and about. I recommend Jolly Babies, Monday afternoons at the Burghley Road Under 5's Centre (just west of Wood Green High Street at the Turnpike Lane end).

Thanks everyone

Yes, Elkiedee, I have the Jolly Babies leaflet, so will see you there, in a couple of weeks, once the John Wayne Effect has worn off and I can walk down the road like a normal person
