I had a little boy last friday, weighing 7lb 11oz, one week before my due date. Baby was turned from a transverse lie and membranes ruptured to avoid a c-section by my fantastic consultant. Was a very intense labour (thanks to a hideous drip) and after a few feeding issues, jaundice and iv anti-biotics as a precaution we came home officially yesterday after 3 days in special care. Baby is now waking independently for feeds and looking a little less yellow. I'm knackered but so pleased to be home. I thought the more babies I had the easier it would be, if this had been my first I don't think I would have had the guts to do it again
