Dd3 finally arrived on Thusday 6th January - 6 days late. After a week of really mild contractions, my waters broke at 12.15am on Thursday and it was full on painful contractions from then on. Although they were irregular and up to 10 minutes apart the pain was unbearable from the beginning and despite my best intentions to stay at home until the contractions were 5 mins apart I went to hospital at about 3am. Lots of lovely gas and air later dd3 was born quite quickly at 4.50 am, weighing 9lb 1oz.
We haven't decided on her name yet!!
