So I found out I was pregnant October 1st of 2022 went to a local clinic couple weeks later and got an ultrasound and all there was was a gestational sac but it was empty so they were guessing I was too early, few weeks later I started cramping and having some bleeding like I was on my period but it was very light and consistent, it wasn't a heavy flow after that I went to numerous appointments they confirmed my pregnancy but they said more than likely I was miscarrying and that my levels were starting to go down and I needed to stay home until I stopped bleeding, they also told me to take a test after I stopped bleeding to see if my levels went down all the way back to zero then I would know if I miscarried or not and it did, going into November in December I forgot about it as I was trying to grieve from the loss of my baby, by the end of January 2022 getting close to the time of my cycle I noticed like okay I'm late and it still has not started so I waited it out and had some light bleeding for about 3 days no flow or clotting and after that it stopped now we are at the beginning of February 2023 still no full flow period, just light pink spotting when wip and it's no more than a few drops, took pregnancy test this morning and this is what I'm see I have had three children and definitely know when I'm pregnant I can just feel it in my body, could I have been pregnant with twins and lost one and kept the other? I know my eyes are not playing tricks on me do you guys see this line
