betterhalf had a little boy this morning by c section. 9.1.

Don't have too much details yet except that she went in around 5ish and had had him by 11.30 which was when we got the text. All are doing fine though. Will post more when I hear or when she is able to update you herself.

Just to let you know, this is a MIRACLE baby. betterhalf and her hubby decided years ago that they weren't going to have their own child. They foster instead. So this little boy was a bit of a surprise lol. But they are just so delighted now

More info! Contractions started at 1.30am. They headed off for the maternity unit at around 5. Got checked over when they discovered the baby was breech! So was whisked off for section.

Daddy knackered but very happy. Imagine mummy is both of these things too

Oh I am a bubbling wreck! just been emailed photos of the baby and he is just gorgeous - absolutely perfect!

betterhalf lives 300 miles away so not going to get to see them for a little while.
