Hello, has anyone gave birth recently and no what the rules are during labour cause of Covid? Are partners and mums allowed?

Currently pregnant with my second but my midwife told me that two birthing partners are allowed now but only one is allowed if it's a C section/planned C section. I'm sure it's different in all areas though so try and check with someone if you can
