Connor finally put in his appearance 4 days early last Thursday weighing 3310g (I´m still too tired to convert to lbs. and oz.)
Spent the first 3 hours of labour wondering if this was really it. I´d thought it would be obvious second time round. Finally drove to hospital who confirmed I was in labour and 5cm dilated. I insisted on an epidural even though they assured me I could do without - really pleased I did.
I had a wonderful midwife and Connor put in his appearanc 6 hours later.

Huppa big congratulations and welcome Conor, a beautiful name, was on my list if I was having a boy. Can't believe you went for so long not knowing for sure you were in labour there must be something in the water in Germany.
