on the 11th of sept at 10 15pm with a 3 and half hour labour on second attempt of gel induction so a reaaly quick labour!! i had gas and air which was brill i had a dose of pethodine 5 mins before dd was born which kicked in after. however after i delivered her the cord broke and my placenta eventually ruptured. thankfully (not at the time i might add) the doc managed to pull it out as they were getting theatre ready. i lost a fair bit of blood so i staying in an extra night. piles are agony and still sore with my pelvis probs. all iall labour was fab and im really proud wih how i coped as im a wimp really!! dd2 is beautiful and very laid back. she weighed 8lb 3oz and im still debating on name but have good idea!!

I am sure I posted already to say how wonderful you are to do a 3.5 hour labour - I suspect DD went off and DP stole the laptop mid post

Hope you and Isabella are doing well - saw a post about feeding from you. Do what you need to do darling. BFing is tough, if you are having other problems it is almost impossible.
