Hi all,

After trying every trick to kick start labour I finally gave up........and went into labour!! Was due in on Monday night and had a gorgeous little boy Kyle on Saturday night. He came amazingly quickly I was still actually stood up when my waters broke and out popped his head, two minutes of pushing from start to finish and NO stitches so am v. proud of myself. He weighed 7 lb 9 oz and despite the fact I spent most of the labour swearing and screaming for an epidural I only needed gas and air. Had mum there as partner and she was fantastic (despite being mortified by my language) But all in all, best birth I have had. He is now 6 days old and I cant believe how fit I feel. NOT that I am planning anymore EVER!! Good luck to all other new mums xxxxxxx

Congratulations, well done you.

And welcome little Kyle (lovely name btw)

Yes can finally see feet again. Kyle has been in hospital with a virus for last few days so hoping he is getting better and home soon. Been a pretty draining couple of weeks but am hopeful things will be getting back to norm soon.Congrats to all new mams out therexx
