My ex is soon to become a dad with his partner. We are civil at best but this boy will be my son’s brother so effort will be made. I have a basket I plan to fill with the usual like babygros, teddy bear etc but it’s been 15 years since I did this and trends change. Any suggestions for lots of small but thoughtful/welcome things to put in the basket?

You could be really kind and put in a few bits for the mother to be - toiletries, slippers, cabbage leaves
