Kiana was born by emergency c-section on monday 4th dec at 5:30 am, and shes beautiful
after going into labour naturally, the baby was in distress, and it was discovered that she was a face presentation (which i had never heard of) I then started bleeding quite heavy so it was decided to go for a c-section where they found that i had signs of placental abruption.
luckily, she arrived safe and well, and weighed a healthy 7lb 3oz. her 3 big brothers are very excited and happy to take on the role they now have lol.
I am in pain with the c-section wound ...but improving daily, and hoping to be ok for christmas
