Scan pic - twins?

Hi all, had my first scan yesterday and am 6+5, Scan photo looks like twins.. The ultrasound lady had to get a second opinion, then they said it's not and that it's amniotic lining, but they didn't seem sure enough to me! Can you give me your opinions on what you think it is? Thanks.

Forgot to say bottom blob has a strong heartbeat and can see the sac, top one has nothing!

My scan with DD1 looked just like that, both of us questioned it but was reassured it was just 1 baby,the second blob had disappeared by the next scan
