Wow! Muminaquandary has a girl & it was Quick!!!

Gave birth to a lovely little girl on Friday, 8lbs 2ozs, all over in 3 hours once I got going. For those that remember, I was scheduled a c-section for Friday because my first was 10 lbs 5 ozs (ventouse delivery).

However I started getting contractions so asked to be induced on Thursday, didn't seem to be getting anywhere, until Friday night when I went off like a rocket, just gas & air and a lot of swearing and then she was out!!! Asked for an episiotomy incase she was a big un too, stitches practically healed already. Completely different experience from last time. V v v happy with her & with outcome.

She is called Margot Judith, and weighed 8 lbs 2 ozs, black hair, eyes of blue - asleep all day & awake all night!!
