finally at long last iv had my baby 2wks 3 days over due!!
a gorgeous little bouncy boy?!?!?!
8lb 7oz
2.26am on the 15th june 2006
called: Airon deke millar
went in to hospital on the 13th june to be induced and they said i had signs of pre eclampsia and then i went into labour naturally after all that?!!?
started getting contractions all night???
then finaly had my waters broke which they found that he had pooed in me?!!?!? 14hours of painful contractions and several hours of pushing (I NEARLY GAVE UP!!!) lil airon popped out, unfortunatly i didnt get a hold of him when he shot out because he was born in all of his poo
and his breathing was very fast..
so iv only just got home?!?!
very glad to be home because the hospital food is nasty?!?
anyway back to my bundle of joy!?!?
he was in intensive care unit for 5days...v.emotional
no pain relief seemed to help take the pain away..
i heamoraged straight away after having him....
i managed to escape after having stitches although tore...anyways back to airon... it was touch and go for a while all the tubes and tests he had made me cringe.......hes okay now!!!!
i have a an infection now aswell (because he pooed)...........but all the pain and heart ache doesnt matter because hes gorgeous...totally gorgeous forever hes precious. always hungry tho. and quite upset i cant breastfeed because im all dryed up so to speak.

Sorry you had such a traumatic labour / hospital stay but so glad he is doing well. Focus on yourself and getting rid of the infection now (and dealing with the past few days!)

Best wishes to you all

im afraid iv given up on bfeeding it was jus too much for lil airon and theres only so much breast milk coming in which is not enough, is stress related to your milk supply?!?!

666mummy, theres not enough time in the world to stress about b/feeding, it isnt for everyone and your little one is growing up way too fast so, look at him, hold him and enjoy these precious moments rather than worrying about not breastfeeding.

once you get over this hurdle im sure you wont be so stressed out hun
