My 19 month old niece died from Pneumococcal meningitis, My SIL Amyjade told her story on here to raise awareness of this disease.

Amyjade doesn't MN so much these days but I just wanted to remember Freya here today-

"A tiny flower, lent not given, to bud on earth, and bloom in Heaven..."
