dads dead, mums sad, HELP !

hi my dad died recently and my mums really down, i dont know what to do

im not a mum but plz help me.

just talk to her and let her cry. How do you feel too.

My dad died a year ago, and my mum was in a terrible way. A year on and she still is sad, cries .. the best advice i can give you is to be there for your mum, does she now live alone? my mum does now so i stay with her a couple of times a week, on the harder day's like the weekends my mum found hardest try and keep her busy or just be there.

i also made mym mum a dvd of loads of photos of her and my dad with there faviroute music, she found it really hard to watch but now she will look at it and she can smile about the good days they had.

I'm so sorry about your loss, and let your self and mum grieve.
