Help recommendation

I don't know if this will help anyone but if it can, it's worth me posting it here.

I lost my mum in May as some of you may know, and it is impossible to put into words how hard I have found life since.. very little support, friends deserting me (still haven't come back), I have been in some very black places.. lucky to still be here, if that'snot too dramatic to say.

This was my life until a few weeks ago. I'm not saying I'm fixed, but I have found something that helped. I know how many people here are going through a similar hell to the one I have been.. so if my recommendation of Reiki helps, it would be amazing.

I've only had 2 reiki sessions and 2 natural healing sessions, but I feel so different at the moment (hope it lasts) I can recommend it to anyone. I dont understand how it works but it can help so much.

Good for you, that you have found what helps you. Keep going.

I have been through this with my Dad 10 years ago, at the time I found running was my thing, I'd never run before, but it helped my anger and fear and sadness at the time. I'd quite often cry whilst I ran, often disappearing behing a tree to gulp out huge big sobs.

I am sorry you have no support and your mates have been crap, but come on MN anytime and you always find a hand to hold when you need one.

I think a little chink of something soothing in the grief is a good thing.
