I just wanted to let you know about a website which you might find useful. It's www.merrywidow.me.uk. It's run by a lady called Kate Boydell who lost her husband some years ago. I post on there sometimes.

I'm 2 years further along this road but just wanted to offer some support......

Could I just add that the WAY foundation is marvellous too www.wayfoundation.org.uk/. When you feel ready it can be an enormous support, to be able to talk in the chatroom to others in our situation and to attend social events with and without children. You have been in my thoughts, please feel free to CAT me if you would like a chat on MSN or just to exchange emails, I lost my husband suddenly in June last year and if there is anything I can do I would be glad to.
