jangus. I'm pleased to hear that you're going to see your GP. This is a crappy thing to have to deal with and unless you have some serious distraction it can overwhelm. I've told you how desperate I was to leave hospital after Bo died as it felt like the scene of the crime and how, once I got home, I was thrown back into the day to day business of a family of noisy boys. Can you get back to work soon on a part time basis? I know you mentioned going in as a supernumerary bod.

Lilli-Mae, you and Mark have been cheated of a future that should have been. She has gone but you jangus are still here and you have to carry on living, albeit with a hole in your heart. You will get through this. You have to. If it takes a prescription to start you on that journey then take it. It makes no sense to hurl yourself on a daily basis against a brick wall when there can be a pile of cushions to soften the blow nearby. The blows will be the same but the cushions will soften it until you can deal with the pain.

It's good to see you on here. I've missed you.
