So sad

A wonderful friend has just died of cancer. He is my age and supported me through the weeks following the death of my daughter like a rock. He and his wife lost a six year old daughter and knew what we were going through.

They are the most incredible couple and the sort of people that you can only describe as 'good' - really really good people.

Life is so unfair.

I'm very sorry to hear that ggg. For you and for them - you've all had more than your share of grieving

Oh no. And his poor, poor wife, poor darling, how horrific for her.

I have just heard a friend's partner has terminal cancer; he's around 70, I think (there is a BIG age gap) but it's horrible news.

And I am so sorry for you, darling.

I'm so sorry. There really is no justice sometimes.
