Heavy arms & legs

My DM died 3 days ago. My arms & legs feel like lead. Is this something others have experienced?

I have experienced a physical sense of weight when going to through grief, though I felt it on my chest.

Always best to see a GP though to be on the safe side and they might have some helpful suggestions.
