Grief workshops

Hi all,

My husband died nearly two years ago and I’ve been having therapy since. I’m in my 40s.

I’m now keen to attend some specific grief workshops to get more support and to meet others. Can anyone recommend any in person workshops / organisations in the South East that offer these?

Thanks,
Rachel

Not specifically a workshop - but would a group help? If so, I’ve found that locally we have bereavement groups at local funeral homes, the library and local hospitals and hospices run them too. Our local branch of mind also run a remembrance group at the library where we can just share past memories of our loved ones. Might be worth a google at your local area or post on your local facebook page?

@Purplesproutingbroccoli23 sorry for your loss.

I lost my wife ten months ago. It sucks. We are members of a club that none of us wanted to join. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of her. I imagine you feel the same.

I can't offer you anything other than a virtual hug from a fellow sufferer.
