My dad died

I’m not sure how to feel. He left when I was 2 - had a distant relationship- he moved abroad. Became closer when I had kids - couple of visits etc

he died alone with no listed NOK - currently in a hospital morgue in Europe , my mum is in France my poor cousin had to tell us all and now we need to sort some sort of funeral in Europe and scattering in Ireland

my head is fucked - I don’t know how I am meant to feel and I’m sad

I’m so sorry. There’s no way you’re ‘meant to feel’ - each bereavement hits each person differently. The circumstances of your dad’s death sound particularly difficult to deal with.
