Birthday without DF

It’s my birthday. DF died a month ago this is my first birthday without Dad on a card and it hurts

Nothing any of us can say will stop it hurting. But look back to all the birthdays you did have with your Dad, and remember how much he loved you.
It does get easier, I promise you.
