My mum's ashes

Mum's ashes are being delivered to the funeral place tomorrow feeling low it's really hitting now

Sorry about your loss. Do you have someone you can talk to? Friend? Sibling?
it will be one of many occasions you will encounter now and some are more difficult than others.

do you want to tell a bit about your mum?

She was only 85 when she passed away unexpectedly I lived with her and we were very close

That’s a huge loss then - no wonder you are feeling it so keenly. I’m guessing your daily routine is quite different and that reinforces how much has changed for you. Keep in touch with those close to you and give yourself time to grieve.

Yes it's hitting me now that she is not going to come back but I have a lovely cousin who is there for me thank you
