Pressed flowers

Hi my dad sadly passed away and I would like to press a few flowers from a wreath
can anyone tell me the best way to do this please ?

I bought a cheap kit off Amazon to do exactly the same thing. Worked perfectly and had all the different bits of cardboard and paper.
If not, we used to do it as kids with some tissue paper (or even toilet paper), flowers in between and put them in heavy books to compress.
